You have your choice of the following 4 songs.
We gave you a love song, a pop song, a rock song, and a country song.
You need to write 800 - 1,000 words using the tone of the song you choose.
We need to be able to clearly see the use of the song in your flash fiction (You don't need to use the lyrics just the overall feel of the song.)
EXAMPLE: The song Halo by Beyonce
If I choose this song I could write about a woman who was broken by a man and finally is letting someone else in to love her. It would be a heartfelt yet sexy story.

Your entry MUST be a heat level of 2 or greater!
Your entry MUST be spell checked. If a basic spell check was not performed the entry will be disqualified.
Your entry has to be received by the cut off time. Any late entries will be disqualified.
Cut off time is September 19th at 12pm EST.
You MUST submit you flash fiction using this form
When reading the flash fiction, we must be able to see that the prompt was clearly used.
Entries can be any genre as long as it fits with the prompt.
Judges decisions are final.
The authors who will go on to the Final Round will be announced Saturday the 22nd!
