A prompt contest.
We're just one week away from Round One prompt being revealed!
Round 1 starts September 10th at 12:00 pm EST. I will post the prompt on The Last Author Standing Blog, Facebook, and Twitter.
You’ll have 48 hours to write 800 - 1,000 word flash fiction using that prompt.
Half of the entries will go on to Round 2.
The Authors that make it to Round 2 will be announced Saturday September 18th.
Round 2 prompt will go up September 20th at 12:00 pm EST.
Do you have what it takes to be The Last Author Standing?
Rules:
Your entry must be a heat level of 2 or greater!
Your entry must be spell checked. If a basic spell check was not
performed the entry will be disqualified.
Your entry must be received by cut off time. Any late entries
will be disqualified.
When reading the flash fiction, we must be able to see that
the prompt was clearly used.
Entries can be any genre as long as it fits with the prompt.
Judges decisions are final.
